Five disciplines. Most engagements draw on several of them, and we will tell you at the outset which ones your problem actually needs.
Lead Discipline
Most teams know they want AI in the product and are less certain where it belongs. We establish that with you, then build it: models trained on your data, agents integrated into systems that already exist, and evaluation rigorous enough to tell you whether any of it is working. Where the answer is a simulated environment, that is our core capability rather than a subcontract.
See simulation and world models →Backends, frontends, and APIs written to survive contact with real traffic. We stay on the system after it ships, and we are the ones who respond when it degrades.
Sometimes the code is sound and the shape of the system is the problem. We map what exists, then redraw it so the next two years of growth do not resolve into a rewrite.
Every team carries work somebody performs by hand every week. We identify it and remove it: pipelines, test suites, data synchronisation, and deployments that run without supervision.
Sound engineering behind an unusable interface still fails. We design interfaces that hold up against the rest of the product and that an operator can work out without being walked through it.
We are a small senior team, so we take on work we can do properly and decline the rest. In practice that means we will tell you when a direction is wrong before you have paid for it, we show progress while it is still unpolished enough to change, and we would rather deliver one thing that works than five that nearly do.
The people who scope your engagement are the people who write the code. Nothing is handed to a junior team once the contract is signed.
